Mercer Receiving Votes in AVCA Top-15 Poll

LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the first time in program history, Mercer is receiving votes in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-15 Beach Volleyball poll.

Mercer (14-10, 7-3 ASUN Conference) is one of 11 teams ranked just outside of the top-15 as it heads into this weekend's ASUN Tournament as the No. 2 seed. Mercer is one of three ASUN teams included in the poll, joining No. 13 Stetson and Coastal Carolina, which is also receiving votes. This season has been one for the history books as the Bears set program records in total wins (14) and ASUN wins (7) while capturing their first winning season.

Mercer will take on FGCU in the first round of the ASUN Tournament at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22 at the Cooper Beach Volleyball Courts in DeLand, Florida.
