The Mercer University Sports Medicine Department seeks to provide all student-athletes with the best medical resources to prevent, evaluate, treat, rehabilitate and manage all injuries or illnesses. MISSION STATEMENT |
The mission of the Mercer Sports Medicine Department is to provide athlete-centered, evidence-based medicine for all student-athletes. These services include prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and management of injuries or illnesses. We are committed to stay current with trends and research in the field of athletic training and sports medicine. In addition, we strive to provide a valuable clinical educational experience for the students enrolled in Mercer’s Masters of Athletic Training Education Program. The purpose of our department is to:

FACILITIES |
The Mercer University Sports Medicine Department has clinics located in the Homer and Ruth Drake Field House and Hawkins Arena. Both clincis are available for those individuals involved in the intercollegiate athletic department at Mercer University.
