Coach's Corner
On the fast start on both sides of the ball
"I thought our defense set the tone for the game, which was our goal. KeKe and Kahlia were able to knock down early shots. I was pleased with our efforts and very pleased with the way Amanda and Alex played tonight."
Â
On KeKe's career night
"She was in her zone today. She was able to shoot the ball well and get to the rim. KeKe has become a well-rounded player and she also played exceptional on defense as well."
Â
On the ability to force turnovers
"Wofford only turns the ball over 12 times a game, so that was one of our goals was to force them into a few more turnovers than normal. We didn't capitalize as much as we should have but I am pleased with the overall effort and this is a good way to start the conference season."
