Mercer-The Citadel Series Finale Postponed

Bears and Bulldogs will play regular season finale at 2 p.m. Saturday

MACON, Ga. – Mercer's regular season finale against The Citadel has been postponed to 2 p.m. Saturday due to inclement weather in the Middle Georgia area on Friday afternoon.

The Southern Conference contest was originally slated for a 6 p.m. first pitch Friday at OrthoGeorgia Park. Mercer (35-19, 11-12 SoCon) and The Citadel (18-33, 7-16) split a doubleheader Thursday.

A Senior Day ceremony will still be held on the field prior to first pitch of the series finale. The game will also still be broadcasted live via ESPN+. Tickets can be purchased at tickets.mercer.edu.

Game 1: Mercer, 6-3
Game 2: The Citadel, 5-4
Game 3: Saturday, May 19 | 2 p.m. | OrthoGeorgia Park
