Arthur Tied for Lead at Coastal Georgia Invitational

SEA ISLAND, Ga. – Mercer junior Jessica Arthur is tied for the individual lead at the Coastal Georgia Invitational after firing a 78 in Monday's opening round at the King and Price Golf Course. Mercer is not competing as a team in the event.
Arthur's 78 equaled the effort of SCAD's Elise Kelner and has the two tied atop the overall leaderboard. Mercer senior Keri Lynn Carson booked an 81 on Monday and holds sole possession of sixth place while senior Alicia Poole is in a three-way tie for 14th place after carding an 84.
The final round of the Coastal Georgia Invitational begins Tuesday morning.
