COACH KAYDEN'S TAKE
"Overall I feel like we made some good strides to improve today. Brennan [Bogdanovich] had a solid round to lead us. We were very close to carding a great score. We just need to finish strong and there will be some solid team scores coming our way. The front nine of the course is very scoreable and we need to take advantage of that the rest of the weekend."
MERCER NOTABLES
- The Bears totaled 17 birdies on Friday, with a team-high five coming from Hanzelko.
- Mercer thrived on the par fives on Friday, posting a cumulative score of 12-under on the holes, tying the team for third in the category.
