
Women's Tennis Falls to UNCG

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer University women's tennis dropped a 5-2 match to UNCG on Friday afternoon at the LeRoy Peddy Tennis Center.
Mercer won the doubles point with wins at flights one and three to take a 1-0 lead on the day.
UNCG won the first four singles matches to go up 4-1 and clinch the match. Katia Stravroulaki played a three-set match and won 6-1, 3-6, 10-5 to give Mercer its second point. UNCG won the final singles match to make the final score 5-2.
Next up, Mercer will take on Chattanooga on Thursday, March 31 at 2:30 p.m. in Chattanooga, Tenn.
