MIAMI – Lauren Lightfritz carded an even-par 72 over the final round as the freshman finished tied for 18^th at 4-over-par at the Hurricane Invitational in Miami Wednesday.

As a team, Mercer dropped to 13^th overall after the Bears struggled in the final round.

MERCER ON THE TEAM LEADERBOARD
The Bears tied for 13^th with Virginia Tech in a talented field while beating Iowa State by two strokes. Mercer fell three strokes shy of Minnesota and South Florida, who tied for 11^th. Northwestern won the team title at 5-under-par.

NEXT TOURNAMENT
Mercer heads back towards the coast and to Florida for the UNF Collegiate on March 6-7.
