Mercer shoots second-round 310 in Atlanta
ATLANTA – The Mercer women's golf team (+40) remained in eighth place at the Alexa Stirling Intercollegiate after shooting a second-round 310 on Saturday at the Atlanta Athletic Club.
The Bears were unable to make up any ground in the team standings on the second day of play and will conclude their trip to Atlanta with the final 18 holes on Sunday. Senior Terese Romeo, who shot four-over-par (76) on Saturday, is tied for 15th individually.
Sunday's round will start at 8:30 a.m. (ET). Live scoring can be followed on GolfStat.com.

The Bears head into Sunday's final round 11 shots off of seventh-place Kennesaw State. Mercer leads Coastal Carolina (+48), Dartmouth (+54) and Georgia State (+55).
Mercer on Individual Scoreboard
Terese Romeo and Payton Schanen both shot team-lows of 76 on Saturday. Romeo is still in the hunt for strong finish in Atlanta, as she is only five strokes off of third place individually.
