Thomas Named to D1 Baseball Top 150 Freshmen List

Freshman Colby Thomas is ranked 133
MACON, Ga. – In his second career at-bat on Friday night, freshman Colby Thomas hit his first collegiate home run. He also finds himself ranked 133rd in the D1 Baseball Top Freshmen.

Over his first four games, Thomas has not disappointed. He is hitting .353 on the season (6-for-17), with three extra base hits. He has driven in a team-high four runs and has an on-base percentage of .421. Thomas is a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts.
Thomas and the Bears return to action on Wednesday afternoon when they close out a two game set with the Rattlers of Florida A&M in Tallahassee. First pitch is set for 4 p.m.
