Men’s Tennis Earns No. 2 Seed in SoCon Championships

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's tennis program earned the No. 2 seed in the Southern Conference Championships and will face No. 7 Wofford in the first round on Thursday, April 20 at 10:30 a.m. at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is the highest seeding the Bears have received since 2018.

Mercer played Wofford just three matches ago on Tuesday, and the Bears earned a hard-fought 4-3 victory on the road. The two teams met in the 2014 and 2015 SoCon quarterfinals in which Wofford won both.
