This is the second All-SoCon honor for Hughes after the outfielder earned a spot on the All-Freshman Team in 2022. Hughes led the team in batting average this year at .378 which also ranked sixth in the league. His on-base percentage of .494 is third in the SoCon. His .335 batting average ranked 14th in the SoCon. During the season, Toth posted a nine-game hitting streak and reached base in 17-straight games. The designated hitter was named SoCon Player of the Week and a Collegiate Baseball National Player of the Week on May 22. This is the first SoCon postseason award of Toth's career and third conference honor (2021, 2022 Big South honors at Presbyterian College).
Dalley posted big numbers his freshman year, finishing fourth in the conference in home runs with 17 and seventh in the league in RBI with 50. 27 of Dalley's 45 hits were extra-base hits, pushing his slugging percentage to .609 which was fourth on the team. The Vidalia, Georgia, native also recorded 36 runs. As the Bears' consistent first baseman, Dalley ranked second in the conference in fielding double plays at 37. This is Dalley's first postseason honor.
Playing multiple roles this year, Rohrbacher earned two second-team honors as an outfielder. The senior ranked third in the conference with 18 home runs which is the second-most for the Bears. This is Rohrbacher's first postseason honor.
Farmer is the lone pitcher for the Bears to earn an all-conference selection, picking up his first-career honor. The redshirt senior secured three wins in conference play, going 3-0 as the pitcher of record. Farmer threw 42.1 innings in conference play, including a seven-inning complete game against ETSU, only allowing two runs scored. Overall, Farmer recorded 38 strikeouts and just 14 walks this season. The Bogart, Georgia, native was named the SoCon Pitcher of the Week on March 13.
Rounding out the all-conference selections is Cherry, who was recently named the SoCon Player of the Week on May 15. The outfielder holds a perfect fielding percentage this season with 51 putouts. The Forest, Virginia, native batted .324 this season with a .406 average in conference play. Cherry is on the double figure home run list this season with 12, eight of which were against league opponents. His .712 slugging percentage leads the team, and he added 27 RBI and 20 runs this season.
