Katie Scheck tied for 24th at 4-over
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - In her first round as a Mercer Bear, Penn State transfer Katie Scheck shot a one-under 71 at the Boilermaker Classic on Monday. She birdied four consecutive holes - holes 6-9 - and shot 34 on the front nine.
Scheck went on to card a 4-over 76 in the second round and currently is tied for 23th on the individual leaderboard after two rounds at the Boilermaker Classic.
Through 36 holes the Bears shot a 306 (+37) and sit 14th on the leaderboard.
In the second round, Mikayla Dubnik had the lowest round for the Bears with a 1-over 73.
