Scheck Named To All-SoCon Team

It is the second All-SoCon honor in Scheck's career
MACON, Ga. -Â Mercer women's golfer Katie Scheck was named to the All-SoCon Team as announced by the league office Tuesday evening.
It is Scheck's second straight All-SoCon selection after being named to the All-SoCon Team last season as well.
A graduate student from Ooltewah, Tennessee, Scheck finished the season with 30 rounds played and a stroke average of 72.73 which was the third best round average in the conference. Scheck had a season low round of 68 in her second round at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic in Wolcott, Colorado.
Scheck won the Mercer Invitational at River Forest Golf Club in Forsyth on Nov. 3. She finished the 2025-26 season with four top 10 finishes and also finished in the top 20 in eight of her 10 tournaments played.
