First and foremost, I want to tell our baseball program how proud I am of them. These young men and coaches are the very best.
They set records, won a championship, and exceeded every expectation I had of them. More importantly, I watched 40 young men grow closer and closer with every game and every day.
The culture and chemistry I witnessed were the best I have seen in all my years of playing, coaching, and serving as an athletics director. They formed friendships and bonds that will weather any storm.
To these young men and coaches, thank you for an unbelievable season and for all that you did to uplift and care for each other.
