
Women's Golf Announces 2026-27 Schedule

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's golf team under head coach Michele Drinkard has revealed its 2026-27 schedule. The Bears will play in nine regular season tournaments, before concluding the season at the SoCon Championship in late April.
The Bears will host three tournaments during the season, while traveling all over the country to play in some familiar and different tournaments.
2026 Fall Schedule
Mercer will play in four tournaments in the fall, opening in Pawleys Island, South Carolina on Sept. 6-8 at the Golfweek Fall Challenge.
Mercer will then head west to Vail, Colorado for the Golfweek Red Sky Classic from Sept. 21-23. It will be the fifth straight year the Bears will play in the tournament.
Then, Mercer will head to West Point, Mississippi for The Ally hosted by Mississippi State from Oct. 5-7.
Mercer will wrap up its fall schedule by staying in the state of Georgia for the Haskins Invitational in Columbus, Georgia. It will be a two-day tournament with 36 holes being played the first day on Oct. 12 and 18 holes on the final round on Oct. 13.
2026 Spring Schedule
Mercer will play in six tournaments in the spring, including the Southern Conference Championship to end the season.
For the third straight year, the Bears will tee things off to start the spring season at the FAU Paradise Invitational in Boca Raton, Florida from Feb. 1-3.
Mercer will then host the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational from Feb. 26-28. This year's tournament will be played back at Great Waters in Greensboro, Georgia.
The Bears will begin March in San Antonio, Texas at the Alamo Invitational. The two-day tournament hosted by UTSA will be played at San Antonio Country Club with 36 holes played on March 8 and the final 16 holes will be played on March 9.Â
Mercer will take part in the 55th annual Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic hosted by Georgia from March 27-29. The tournament will be held at Georgia Country Club in Athens.
The Bears' regular season schedule concludes by hosting the Brickyard Collegiate, April 5-6. The tournament held at Brickyard Golf Club.
The SoCon Championship is set for April 20-22 and will be held at Columbia Country Club in Columbia, South Carolina.
