Mercer Sports Network
Mercer University Athletics partners with Macon-based Creek Media LLC and Houston County-based SportsMic to form the Mercer Sports Network, the flagship platform for the radio broadcasts of all Mercer football and men's basketball games, plus select women's basketball games. The Drew Cronic Coach's Show (at Wild Wing Cafe) is aired on a weekly basis during football season. The Mercer Sports Network consists of 100.9 The Creek FM and SportsMic, the free downloadable app for smart phones and tablets that allows access to games from any location.

The Mercer Sports Network is fronted by "Voice of the Bears" Rick Cameron, who will be in his 20th year of calling radio play-by-play for Mercer in 2023-24, with more than 900 Bears' games under his belt. Cameron was inducted into the Mercer Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019. For football broadcasts, Cameron is joined by local Macon musician and voice of 100.9 The Creek Charles Davis (sideline reporter).
