- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production and content creation, preferably in a sports or collegiate environment.
- Expertise in broadcast equipment, including production switchers, graphics systems, replay systems, and audio consoles.
- Familiarity with NCAA and ESPN regulations and guidelines.
- Exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.
- Experience producing or directing high-level sports productions.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
