Earned his first collegiate win against Georgia State after shutting down the Panthers’ rally allowing for Mercer to walk it off in the next half-inning (March 26)
Earned his first collegiate save against Florida A&M, entering a bases-loaded situation and striking out two straight Rattlers to leave them stranded (April 8)
Struck out three across 1.2 perfect innings to earn his third save of the season against Georgia State (April 30)

Earned four letters in baseball and two letters in football at Appling County HS

Named Region Player of the Year as a senior, recording a 1.29 ERA and 113 strikeouts in 76 innings on the mound and hitting .336
