2013 (Senior): Enters his senior season just 36 outings shy of breaking the all-time NCAA career record of 150 relief appearances set by Stetson’s Tom Hickox in 1988-1991.

2012 (Junior): Elevated his level of play and turned in one of the best seasons by a reliever in the nation as a junior ... Led the A-Sun Conference with 40 relief appearances while ranking fourth in the league with five saves and tied for sixth with seven wins ... Posted a final record of 7-1 with a 2.49 ERA ... Struck out an impressive 49 batters in 47.0 innings pitched ... Held opposing hitters to a .205 batting average and was especially effective against right-handed batters, holding them to a .179 clip ... After allowing one earned runs in the Bears season opener against Morehead State (Feb. 17), the side-armed specialist ripped off a streak of 12-straight scoreless relief appearances from Feb. 18-March 4 ... During that streak, he struck out 15 batters and allowed just three hits in 12.1 innings pitched ... Picked up a save after throwing 1.2 innings of scoreless relief in a 4-2 win over FGCU (April 6) ... 2011 (Sophomore): Proved once again that he can be counted on out of the bullpen day in and day out thanks to another workmanlike season … Finished second on the team and tied for sixth in the A-Sun Conference with 32 relief appearances on the season … Had an overall record of 6-5 with a 4.57 ERA and one save … Struck out 42 batters in 45.1 innings … Finished tied for second on the team with his six wins while limiting opposing hitters to a .275 average … Did a number on right-handed hitters, limiting them to a .250 batting average (31-for-124) … Started the season with three-straight scoreless relief appearances against Liberty (Feb. 18-20), combining to allow only two hits in 5.1 innings … Earned his only save of the season after allowing no runs in 1.1 innings of work in a 7-4 win over A-Sun rival Kennesaw State (March 26) … Picked up a win after hurling 4.1 innings of shutout relief and tying his career-high with six strikeouts in a 12-3 victory over Campbell (April 2) … Tallied his sixth win of the season after allowing one run and tying his career-high with 6.1 innings pitched in a 11-3 win over USC Upstate (May 15).

2010 (Freshman): Submarine-style specialist who was a force out of the bullpen for Coach Gibson … Appeared in a conference-high 43 games … Put together a 6-1 record to go along with a 4.67 ERA … His five saves tied for the fourth-most in a single-season in Mercer history … Despite being a middle reliever, finished third on the squad in wins and innings pitched (71.1) … Ranked second in the A-Sun in hits allowed (66), third in opposing batting average (.244) and fourth in runs allowed … Held right-handed hitters to a microscopic .202 batting average (41-of-203) … Finished 99^th in the country averaging 8.3 hits allowed per nine innings … Named to the A-Sun All-Freshman Team … Started the season with seven-straight scoreless relief appearances during which he allowed only three hits in 11 innings of work … Picked up his first of six wins in 2010 after putting together 2.1 innings of scoreless relief against Evansville (Feb. 26) … Collected his first collegiate save after throwing 3.2 innings of scoreless relief to go along with a season-high five strikeouts against Georgia State (March 3) … Worked a season-high 5.2 innings and allowed no runs on only two hits against Savannah State (April 7) … Appeared in all four of Mercer’s A-Sun Tournament games and worked 9.1 innings en route to being named to the A-Sun All-Tournament Team.
