- Missed Auburn game (Sept. 16) due to injury
2016
- Earned SoCon All-Freshman honors after appearing in 10 games in first season of action
- Led Mercer and ranked 15th in the SoCon with 10.0 tackles for loss
- Notched 4.5 sacks, second-most among Bears
- Ranked sixth on the team with 51 total tackles (31 solo, 20 assisted)
- Erupted vs. ETSU (Nov. 5) with seven tackles, 3.5 tackles-for-loss and two sacks
- Tallied two games with multiple tackles-for-loss
- Totaled three pass break-ups and added seven tackles (1.5 TFL) at VMI (Oct. 1)

- Two-sport athlete at Washington County High School
- Earned four varsity letters on the gridiron for head coach Joel Ingram
- Helped lead the Golden Hawks to a pair of regional titles and back-to-back state runner-up finishes
- Selected as the AAA region and state Defensive Player of the Year as a senior

- Named a GHSA AAA all-state selection in 2013 and 2014
