Dr. Pope is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon with a particular interest in total joint replacements, sports injuries, fracture care, traumatic and arthritic conditions of the foot and ankle. Dr. Pope has published numerous orthopaedic articles and book chapters and has presented on a local and national level.
Dr. Pope grew up in Macon and enjoys working with our youth covering sporting events and providing athletic screenings for high school and college athletes. He is a team physician for Mercer University and Stratford Academy high school athletic programs.
