MACON, Ga. – Mercer will co-host the Linger Longer Invitational starting Sunday alongside Kennesaw State with a challenging field that features six teams ranked in the top 50 nationally.

Format: Three days; 18 holes/per day (tee times)

THE FIELD
Mercer co-hosts the Linger Longer Invitational alongside No. 43 Kennesaw State. The challenging tournament field includes No. 4 Baylor, No. 8 Virginia, No. 20 Georgia, No. 37 Michigan, No. 45 Middle Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio State, UNCG, Maryland, Charlotte, Troy, Augusta and VCU.

Mercer opens the tournament paired with No. 37 Michigan and Ohio State.
COACH KAYDEN'S TAKE
"It is always exciting to host one of the best Division I college events in the country. We are hosting a number of highly ranked teams on one of the best courses in Georgia in Greatwaters. This will make for a very competitive tournament".
"Our guys are well prepared to play this week and it helps that we know the golf course well. I am looking forward to see what our young team can do this week as I know they are ready to play."
