SoCon Women’s Golf Championship Postponed until Tuesday

LEXINGTON, S.C. – Due to heavy overnight rainfall in Lexington and inclement weather in the area Monday, the second round of the Southern Conference Women's Golf Championship has been postponed until Tuesday.

Southern Conference officials have not yet determined a start time for Tuesday's second round.

Mercer finished the first round of play in fourth place, just three strokes back of second place Chattanooga. Two Bears are ranked in the top 10 on the individual leaderboard with senior Marin Hanna tied for sixth and freshman Tiffany Minji Kang tied for 10^th.

All five Bears are currently in the top 20 as Hannah Mae Deems, Lauren Lightfritz and Terese Romeo are all tied for 19^th.
