Bears Hit Road for Three-Game Series at Wofford

Mercer set for its second weekend road series of the year
MACON, Ga. – Mercer will play away from home for the first time since March 6 when it takes on Wofford in a three-game Southern Conference series at Russell C. King Field in Spartanburg, S.C. this weekend.
 
The series will open with a 6 p.m. (ET) clash on Friday. All three games will be streamed live, including two ESPN3 broadcasts on Friday and Saturday.
 
WEEKEND LINEUP
Teams: Mercer (12-14, 1-2 SoCon) at Wofford (17-10, 0-0 SoCon)

Projected Rotations:
Wofford has played 21 of its first 27 games at home and will continue that trend this weekend. The Terriers (17-10) have not played a SoCon series yet. They lead the nation in stolen bases (88) and are batting .287 as a unit. Lawson Hill (.433) leads the Terriers in batting average and hits (45).
 
Wofford has lost three of its last five games, including dropping last weekend's series at Florida A&M. The Terriers are led by Todd Interdonato, who is in his 12th season as the program's head coach.
