Bears Hit Road for Three-Game Series at Wofford

Mercer set for its second weekend road series of the year
MACON, Ga. – Mercer will play away from home for the first time since March 6 when it takes on Wofford in a three-game Southern Conference series at Russell C. King Field in Spartanburg, S.C. this weekend.

The series will open with a 6 p.m. (ET) clash on Friday. All three games will be streamed live, including two ESPN3 broadcasts on Friday and Saturday.

Wofford has played 21 of its first 27 games at home and will continue that trend this weekend. The Terriers (17-10) have not played a SoCon series yet. They lead the nation in stolen bases (88) and are batting .287 as a unit. Lawson Hill (.433) leads the Terriers in batting average and hits (45).
