Bears and Bulldogs will play games two and three as doubleheader on Saturday
MACON, Ga. – Mercer University athletics officials have announced changes to this weekend's baseball series against Samford due to expected inclement weather in the Middle Georgia area on Sunday.
Mercer and Samford will play games two and three of their Southern Conference series as a doubleheader on Saturday, starting at 2 p.m. (ET). Friday's series opener is slated for its original time of 6 p.m. (ET). All three games will be played at OrthoGeorgia Park.
A Senior Day ceremony honoring seven Mercer student-athletes will be held during a 45-minute intermission between the two games of Saturday's doubleheader. The front end of Saturday's doubleheader will be streamed on the SoCon Digital Network.

Game 1: Friday, 6 p.m.
Game 2: Saturday, 2 p.m.
Game 3: Saturday, 45 minutes after conclusion of Game 2
