TULSA, Okla. – The Mercer Women's Tennis team began its 2020 spring season with a thrilling 4-3 victory over Oral Roberts on Saturday afternoon.

The Bears began by sweeping all three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead. ORU then captured two of the top three singles matches to knot things up at 2-2. Lauren Rich and Anna Sovic came away with victories in the No. 5 and 6 positions to seal the victory for the Bears. Rich, Sovic and Alara Hollyfield all posted wins in both singles and doubles action.
