COACH KAYDEN'S TAKE
"The guys had a great day and played with a lot of good focus. We made a lot of great up-and-downs and some clutch birdies on some hard golf holes. It was a really good team effort. I'm proud of how the whole team performed today taking a lead going into the final round. This is what you play for. This is what it's all about. We have to bring the same focus tomorrow and focus on the things we can control which is the golf shot in front of us. We just need to take it one shot at a time, and, if we can do that, we'll be in good shape.
Â
"I'm proud of Tyler [Copp]'s effort today to lead the tournament heading into the final 20 holes. We also had a great performance by our other senior, Lino [Galdin], with a 68 in the first round. He was very solid all day long. Jonathan [Parker] had another solid performance and hit a lot of solid shots in a great first round. Ethan [Werblo] and Martin [Plukka] played well in the second round to help the team. It was a complete, total team effort. We're excited to get back out there tomorrow and keep working at it."
