Tropical Storm Nicole caused dangerous travel conditions to Florida

MACON, Ga. - The Mercer women's basketball games scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 10 at UCF and Saturday, Nov. 12 at Bethune Cookman have been canceled due to Tropical Storm Nicole causing unsafe travel conditions for Mercer's trip to Florida as agreed upon by all teams Wednesday.

The women's basketball team's next game is in Thursday, Nov. 17 at Wake Forest.

Mercer is currently 1-0 on the season after defeating Middle Tennessee State 76-75 on a buzzer-beating shot from Summah Evans.
