Dance Team To Hold Spring Clinic On February 11

MACON – The Mercer Dance Team will hold its annual spring clinic on February 11 on the University Center intramural courts, head coach Caroline Cole announced Monday. The clinic is open to both current Mercer students, as well as prospective students currently enrolled in high school classes.

Registration for the event is $20 (cash or check), and registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the UC intramural courts complex. All participants must complete a registration form, as well as a facility usage form. Both documents will be collected upon registration.

Participants will learn choreography to the Mercer fight song, as well as both a hip hop and pom dance. A "gameday" and technique session has also been included as part of the agenda. Following the clinic, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with current members of the Mercer Dance Team.
