Football Finishes Spring 2023 Semester With 3.05 GPA

54 players had at least a 3.0 GPA for spring semester
MACON, Ga. – The Mercer football team finished the spring 2023 semester with a team grade point average of 3.05.
For the spring semester, the Bears had 54 players finish with at least a 3.0 GPA, 33 finished with at least a 3.5 GPA, and 11 players finished with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The Bears had 15 student-athletes graduate following the conclusion of the spring semester. Those included 11 graduating with a bachelor's degree and four earning their master's degree.
Furthermore, nine of the 15 graduates are soon to enter the work force with job placements lined up following their graduation.
One student-athlete who graduated will begin Mercer Law School and five of the graduates will begin graduate school while playing on the 2023 Mercer football team.
