Women's Golf Concludes First Tournament of Season at Boilermaker Classic

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Mercer women's golf team wrapped up its first tournament of the fall season on Tuesday at the Boilermaker Classic.Â
In the final round, Mikayla Dubnik and Camilla Järvelä had the lowest scores of the day for the Bears with a 3-over 75.Â
Dubnik led the Bears for the tournament finishing tied for 47th at 11-over par (227) over the three rounds. Katie Scheck was right behind her with a 12-over, 228 for the tournament.
The Kampen-Cosler Course in West Lafayette proved to be tough with only two teams and 11 golfers under par for the tournament.
Up next for Mercer is the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, September 25-27 in Wolcott, Colorado.
