Mercer Athletics Releases Baseball Promotional Schedule

MACON – Trading card, t-shirt and hat giveaways, as well as the return of Tidy Tuesdays and Working Wednesdays, highlight the promotional schedule for the 2024 Mercer Baseball season that was released on Sunday afternoon by athletics department officials.

The mixed bag of promotions will kick off on Friday when the Bears open their 2024 campaign with a 6 p.m. contest against Mid-American Conference (MAC) rival Toledo. The first 150 fans through the gates will receive a free Mercer Baseball t-shirt, while the first 100 students will be presented with MU Baseball caps.

Friday evening contests throughout the 31-home game season have been earmarked as "Camper Nights" and current and former campers, as well as three guests, will be admitted free to OrthoGeorgia Park. Greek Night has been planned as part of MU's doubleheader on March 16 and will be highlighted by tailgating and various Greek-themed games.

Mercer will celebrate Master's Weekend on April 12 as part of its series-opening matchup with Southern Conference rival VMI and fans will be treated to various golf-themed contests and giveaways.
The Breeze is back as well to race fans on Friday nights (and select games) at OrthoGeorgia Park.

Reserved-seat season tickets for the 2024 season have already gone on sale, and the 31-game package can be purchased for as little as $100 for reserved seats and $125 for premium seats at MercerBears.com/Tickets. Single-game tickets for Mercer baseball home games start at $8 for bleacher seating.
