MACON -- Beach Volleyball wrapped up the Duuuval Duals Saturday, splitting a pair of matches with Jacksonville and Florida Gulf Coast.

Multiple pairs took their duals to three-set affairs to claim a 3-2 win over the Dolphins.

The No. 1 pairing of Sydney Benson and Alyssa Scoggins split 21-18 decisions, before claiming the third set, 15-9.

Jordyn Thomas-Warren and Kathryn Corbett defeated Jacksonville in an opening set thriller, 26-24. The duo dropped the second frame, but fended off any form of a Dolphin comeback, taking the third 16-14.

At No. 3, Jordan Paddock and Reese Hood fell in the opening frame 20-22, but bounced back in the second to claim a 21-14 victory. The duo clinched the match for the Bears after defeating the Dolphins 15-8 in the final set.

In their second matchup of the day, Mercer was defeated by Florida Gulf Coast 5-0. Liv Diaz and Hollis Engel battled to a third set, but couldn't overcome the Eagles.

The Bears now prepare for the Day of Duals hosted by Georgia State, taking place Wednesday.
