Beach Bears Gear Up For Sun Belt Tournament

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer beach volleyball team gears up to compete in the 2026 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship in Foley, Ala. at the Foley Event Center beginning on Thursday, April 23.

The Bears earned the field's seventh-seed with an 0-6 league mark and a 4-28 overall scorecard. They'll face two-seed Georgia State on Thursday at 11:45 a.m. ET. The winner will face either sixth-seeded Louisiana Monroe or three-seeded Southern Miss at 5:00 p.m. ET, with the loser dropping into the consolation match at 10:00 a.m. ET Friday.

All matches will be aired on ESPN+.
