>Â Titan Kamaka has been swinging a hot bat over his last few weeks and is currently riding a ten-game hitting streak. Over the streak, Kamaka is hitting .325 (14-for-43) with eight RBI. On Tuesday at Georgia Tech, Kamaka extended his hitting streak by launching his fourth home run of the season
Scouting VMIFriday marks the 38th all-time meeting between the Bears and Keydets. VMI brings a 19-11 record into the week, including a 3-3 mark in SoCon play, and are coming off of a pair of midweek wins over Longwood and Norfolk State.
VMI has been one of the top offensive teams in the country this season, ranking second in the country with 301 runs scored. The Keydets lead the country with 148 stolen bases, while Owen Prince's 35 stolen bases are also the top mark in the nation. Price also leads the team in hitting at .404, while Grayson Fitzwater and Cole Raile lead the way with 10 home runs. On the mound, the Keydets hold a 6.77 staff ERA.Â
