- Three-peated as the SoCon Player of the Month in December, January and February

- Led the team with 349 rebounds on the season; ranking as the fourth-most by any player in school history
- Ranked second on the team in scoring with 438 points on 187 made field goals and 64 free throws
- Scored in double-digits in 24 of the 33 contests on the season, including a streak of 14 straight games in double figures
- Dropped a career-high 24 points while also recording 11 rebounds for a double-double in the SoCon opener against Samford
- Tallied 16 double-doubles on the campaign, including a career-high 18 rebounds and 21 points in the win over Howard
- Recorded 18 points, seven rebounds and six steals in Mercer’s near upset of second-seeded Iowa in the first round of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship
- Played in each of Mercer’s 33 games on the season, garnering 32 starts on the campaign
- Led the Bears in field goal percentage (.515), knocking down 105-of-204 attempts on the season
- Averaged 7.2 points per game, ranking fourth on the Bears, meanwhile leading the squad in rebounds per game (6.7)
- Her 6.7 boards per outing ranked sixth in the SoCon, while finishing second in the league in offensive rebounds with 104
- Finished second on the team in steals with 47, ranking fifth in the conference
- Tallied a career-high 14 points against George Washington (Dec. 6), Charlotte (Dec. 30) and Wofford (Feb. 3)
- Notched a season-best 11 rebounds against Western Kentucky (Nov. 24), ETSU (March 4) and Georgia (March 17)
- Recorded two double-doubles on the season against Florida Atlantic (Nov. 12) and Davidson (Dec. 3), finishing with 10 points and 10 rebounds in each game
- Played and started in all 32 of Mercer’s games
- Named to the SoCon Academic All-Conference Squad, in addition to being named SoCon Student-Athlete of the Week on Dec. 7

- Thompson was a 2012, 2013 and 2014 All-Smokey Mountain Conference honoree, as well as a 2014 NCCA All-District, N.C. All-Region Team and N.C. Preps 1A All-State selection

- Named 2014 Hayesville High School Female Athlete of the Year
- Thompson was also an all-conference soccer player, state track meet participant and a member of the golf team
