2014 at MERCER: Played in seven games on the offensive line as a redshirt freshman … Made three starts on the season … Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll .. Helped Mercer compile over 240 yards rushing in six of his seven contests … Paved the way for an offense that put up a season-high 513 yards of total offense in a win over Ave Maria (Sept. 20) … Also blocked for a Bears’ offense that put together 508 yards of total offense during a victory at Stetson (Sept. 13) … Assisted Mercer to a season-high 277 yards rushing in a win over Warner (Nov. 15).
2013 at MERCER: Played in three games at left tackle as a true freshman before suffering a season-ending injury … Made three starts on the year … Named to the Pioneer Football League Honor Roll … Paved the way for three 100-yard rushing games and two contests over 300 yards rushing … Protected the blind side for an offensive line that allowed just one sack through the first three contests … Assisted Mercer to a season-high 570 yards of total offensive including 402 yards on the ground in a win over Warner (Sep. 14).
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Fitzgerald High School and was a four-year football letterwinner under head coach Jason Strickland … Helped lead team to pair of region championships and to at least the quarterfinals all four seasons … Named to the Freshman All-Region Team … Earned All-Region First Team honors three times and First Team All-State honors twice … Was a two-time All-Tift Area First Team selection … Named to the All-Middle Georgia First Team on two different occasions … Finished high school as an honor graduate.
