Chad Morehead joined the Mercer Athletic Family in August 2016 as the Director of Creative Services for Football Operations. Chad's duties include implementing a strong visual brand for Mercer Football, overseeing Mercer's annual Bobby Lamb Football Camps, assisting in recruiting and running all Mercer Football social media accounts.Â
Chad is back for his second stent with the Bears, as he served as the primary contact for Mercer Softball and Women's Track & Field as an intern for the sports information department in the Spring of 2015.
A native of Heflin, AL., Chad played collegiate football and ran track for Sewanee: The University of the South before transferring to take part in Mercer Football's practice year.
Chad graduated from Mercer University with a bachelor's degree in graphic design, with minors in business administration and photography in 2014. Chad is currently enrolled in Mercer's Stetson School of Business and Economics in pursuit of his Master's of Business Administration.
