MACON, Ga. - The Mercer baseball team's 2013 home opener against Bethune-Cookman has been pushed back to a 5 p.m. start on Saturday evening at Claude Smith Field.
Due to heavy rains throughout the night, action cannot start today until the rain moves through the area and the field dries up.
Due to today's contest being pushed back, the Bears will conclude their series with Bethune-Cookman with a doubleheader on Sunday at Claude Smith Field starting at noon.
