MACON, Ga. – The Mercer University women's golf team wraps up its fall schedule this week, as the Bears compete in the Fighting Camel Fall Classic at the Keith Hills Country Club's Orange and Black course in Buies Creek, N.C.

THE FIELD
Mercer joins a 15-team field for the Fighting Campbell Classic, competing against Campbell, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, High Point, Marshall, UNC Greensboro, Northern Arizona, Northern Illinois, Nova Southeastern, Old Dominion, Radford, Stetson and Western Carolina.
MERCER STORYLINES
- Schanen will be looking for her third straight Top-20 finish, including an eighth place finish this weekend at the UNCG Forest Oaks Classic.
- The Bears have a total of six top-20 finishes thanks to three from Schanen, two from Janiga and one from Tindal.
- Mercer ranks fourth in the SoCon with a stroke average of 301.0, including a season-best 292 in the final round of this week's Johnie Imes Invitational.
- Senior Meredith Owen will be making her season debut in the event, competing as an individual.
