Coach Kayden's Take
"We played very well for the first 27 of today's 36 holes," said head coach Kirk Kayden. "We were right there with many of the Power Five teams in this tournament's field. There's probably eight or nine NCAA Regional teams in this field. We hung with them, but didn't hold on over the last nine [holes].
Â
"We've looking for some more consistency across the board, especially on our par-four play. I think we're right on the cusp of a very good round as a team. Tyler Copp shot really well today and is right in the hunt. Spencer Ball played really well as our individual. Lino Galdin was consistent today as well."
