MACON, Ga.  – The Mercer Bears volleyball team went 0-3 (25-27, 23-25, 26-24) against ETSU at Hawkins Arena Friday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set One (25-27) | Mercer started the set in the lead by a kill from Brittany Major. They fell behind but fought hard with kills by both Brittany Major and Annie Karle. Alexia Morey's kill put Mercer in the lead 17-16. The Bears fell behind. With a tough fight they fell to ETSU with a final score of 25-27.

Set Two (23-25) | Mercer started set three in the lead but fell behind. They fought hard with kills by Annie Karle and Brittany Major. The Bears tied it up 15-15. They took the lead but fell behind again. ETSU ended the set with a score of 23-25.

Set Three (24-25) | Mercer started the set behind. They tied it up 6-6 with a kill by Annie Karle. The Bears fell behind again. They put up a fight with kills by Brittany Major, Alexia Morey, and Annie Karle and a block by Brittany Major. The Bears tie it up 24-24 but fell to ETSU with a score of 24-26.
