Mercer's Game vs. The Citadel Postponed

The Bears are scheduled to play at UNCG on Saturday
MACON, Ga. – Wednesday's Southern Conference men's basketball game between Mercer and The Citadel, scheduled for 7 p.m. inside Hawkins Arena has been postponed due to COVID-19 related issues.Â
Season ticket holders will have their tickets for The Citadel game honored on the rescheduled date. Fans who purchased single-game tickets can have tickets honored at a future home game.Â
Mercer (7-3, 0-2 SoCon) has played two Southern Conference games thus far and is next scheduled to pay a visit to Greensboro, N.C. to take on UNCG Saturday at 2 p.m on ESPN+. The Citadel (7-0, 0-0 SoCon) has seen all three of its scheduled SoCon games postponed so far and will now open its league slate when it hosts Chattanooga on Saturday at 1 p.m. for the Ingles SoCon Game of the Week on select Nexstar affiliates.
