Mercer Athletics Achieves Highest GSR In School History

MACON, Ga. – Mercer University earned its highest student-athlete Graduation Success Rate ever, according to information released Thursday by the NCAA.

The 93% graduation success rate is the highest percentage that student-athletes at Mercer have recorded. This is also the highest GSR amongst Division I schools in the state of Georgia.

An impressive record of seven Mercer programs registered a 100% Graduation Success Rate for the reporting period: volleyball, women's cross country and track, women's golf, women's basketball, men's tennis, men's soccer and men's golf.

The Mercer athletics programs with multi-year streaks of a 100% Graduation Success Rate are women's cross country (five years), volleyball (three years), women's golf (12 years), men's soccer (four years), and men's golf (five years).
