Ariana Dyson Signs with Mercer

Dyson is the first official member of the 2023 class
MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's basketball team received a National Letter of Intent from Ariana Dyson on National Signing Day.
Dyson is from Griffin, Georgia where she plays her high school basketball at Luella High School for head coach Latoya Brown.
COACH GARDNER ON ARIANA
"We are excited that Ari will be joining our program next year," said head coach Susie Gardner. "She plays for an outstanding high school program at Luella High School. They were state runners-up last year, so she is accustomed to winning. We know that she will bring great passion and work ethic to our program."
ARIANA DYSON
6-1 | F | LUELLA HIGH SCHOOL | GRIFFIN, GA.
Ariana is a forward at Luella High School. She also plays AAU basketball for FBC Legacy. Dyson is an excellent rebounder who can score in the paint or from the outside. Last season she helped lead her high school team to the State Championship game. Dyson was named Preseason First Team All-State going into her senior season this year.
