Bears fall to Yellow Jackets in Atlanta

ATLANTA - Mercer's women's tennis team battled in-state Georgia Tech on Monday evening, falling to the Yellow Jackets by a 0-7 score.

The Bears' No. 1 doubles pair - Mary Courville and Naya Tillitt - gave the 14th-ranked pair in the country a thrilling 6-4 affair, but were unfortunately on the wrong side of it.

Mercer will be back in action on Thursday as they battle another in-state opponent, Georgia Southern, at 3 p.m.
