Bears Finish Tied 14th in the 2022 Clover Cup

MESA, Ariz.– The Mercer Women's Golf Team finished tied for 14^th(898, +34) in the Clover Cup at the Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Arizona, on Friday through Sunday. The three-day competition, with the first two rounds on Friday and Saturday followed by round three on Sunday was the third event of the 2022 spring season for the Bears.

Senior Carol Pyon shot an even score to pen up the Bears scoring in the first round of the Clover Cup. Impressively enough, freshman Kate Song eventually carded a 71 (-1) in the second round, which would be the only Bear to record an under-par round of the tournament.
