Men's Golf Tees Off at Carolina Cup

MACON, Ga. – Mercer Men's Golf Team travels to Spartanburg, South Carolina, for the Carolina Cup. The 54-hole tournament is hosted by USC Upstate at the Carolina Country takes place on Sunday, October 8 through Tuesday, October 10.

THE FIELD
The Bears will be matched up against 15 other schools that features 70 other competitors. The schools included in this the host USC Upstate, Wofford, Central Florida, Lipscomb, High Point, Jacksonville, Charleston Southern, Winthrop, Alabama Birmingham, Western Carolina, Connecticut, Kennesaw State, Howard, and Creighton

THE LINE-UP
Leading Coach Payne's squad is senior Tobias Jonsson who won the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational. Along with Jonsson, the Bears roster for the weekend includes Jacob Uyesato, Gustav Sjoberg, Connor Holcroft, and Jonathan Parker.
