Women's Golf Heads To SoCon Championship In Hilton Head

Tournament is April 14-16

HILTON HEAD, S.C. - The Mercer women's golf team heads to Hilton Head, South Carolina for the 2024 SoCon Championship beginning Sunday, April 14. The 54-hole tournament, held at Moss Creek Golf Club runs from April 14-16 and includes all 10 Southern Conference teams.

Teams will play Moss Creek as a par-72, 6,036-yard course. The first round will begin on Sunday, April 14.

Mercer enters the tournament with the third best team round average score in the SoCon at 296.67. Furman has the lowest team round average score with a 291.89.

Mercer's Lineup
Mercer's lineup will feature: Mikayla Dubnik, Camilla Järvelä, Eujin Pyon, Katie Scheck, Tracy Rodriguez. Ella Mäki-Tanila will be Mercer's sixth player and available to sub into Mercer's lineup in after the first round.

Last Time At The SoCon Championship
Last season in the 2023 SoCon Championship, Mercer finished as runner-up to Furman. The Bears finished the tournament at 49-over, 913.
